Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BibiDrama mobile application operated by Monegon LLC. By downloading, installing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Monegon LLC. Your continued use of BibiDrama confirms your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. App License

Monegon LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use BibiDrama for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or reverse engineer any part of our App.

3. User Conduct

When using BibiDrama, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal, harmful or unauthorized purpose;
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack or damage our servers or network;
  • Reproduce, share or redistribute copyrighted drama content without permission;
  • Deploy automated tools, bots or scrapers to access our service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, videos and intellectual property displayed within BibiDrama belong to Monegon LLC or its content partners. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written authorization.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Monegon LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation or content availability. We reserve the right to modify or suspend the service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monegon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BibiDrama at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all license rights granted to you immediately cease.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
